| Ontario Municipal Board, by way of Decision/Order issued on March 8, 2013 caused the former City of North York Zoning By-law No. 7625 to be amended for the site know as 1001 Sheppard Avenue East and 72 Ester Shiner Boulevard allowing the Concord Place redevelopment to proceed.
