HENRY HEIGHTS TOWN HOUSE COMPLEX

Over the last 18 months, Developer Trolleybus’s has made two proposals to purchase Majority of the Henry Heights condominium townhouses located on the south-west corner of Don Mills and Sheppard Avenue East, and have been repeatedly voted down by the Henry Heights homeowners.  We suspect the developers plan is to buy all the units in the townhouse complex and replace it with high density development. 

25 LEITH HILL RD.

1650 SHEPPARD AVE. E.

The application proposes an additional  31 storey residential condominium building containing 319 units and a three storey block of 12 stacked back-to-back townhouses.  2600 DON MILLS RD.

An application proposes an additional 39 storey residential condominium building containing 364 residential units. The existing 19 storey rental apartment building would be retained and the new  tower would be accessed via a new road off Don Mills Road. Herons Hill Way

An application has been submitted to permit the redevelopment of the vacant east portion of the subject site with a 39-storey mixed-use building while retaining the existing 2-storey office building on the west portion of the subject site. The proposed mixed-use building would contain office space on the ground level and residential above. A total of 350 rental residential units are proposed.
