Current & Future Bicycle Use Survey for Sheppard Avenue East

Survey Purpose

The City of Toronto has presented design concepts for reconstruction of Sheppard Avenue from 2022 to 2024 from Bonnington Ave which is East of Yonge Street to Leslie Street with dedicated Bicycle lanes by reducing vehicle traffic lanes and turning lanes based on the city’s assumption/goal that active transportation (cycling and walking) will account for 75% of trips under 5 km citywide by 2050.

This survey is being conducted in Henry Farm to assess current and future Bicycle use if dedicated bike lanes are built on Sheppard Avenue East and their support to build Dedicated Bike Lanes at the expense of reducing Vehicle lanes which are currently used by 40,000 vehicles a day.

Please take the time to complete the following survey. Survey results would be compiled and submitted to city councillors for consideration.
